As manufacturer, Dunnair carries spare parts to service our equipments
If your equipment is still under warranty, please contact your installer to consult with us to make sure that repair is authorised so that the remaining warranty is still valid. (please refer to Dunnair Warranty Terms and Conditions)
Even if your equipment is not covered by Dunnair warranty any more, we are always trying our best to make spare parts available for future needs.
Information Equipment
All spare parts are C.O.D, not negotiable. Some spare parts need to specially order, need to require at eight weeks waiting period.
Please prepare the following information before make enquiries to us:
1.Spare part photos
2.Model of spare parts
3.Spare parts for which model of Units
4.Serial Number of Units
5.If order compressor, please advise it is for R22 , R410A or R407c
6.If order full fan assembly, please advise single phase or 3 phase
Return of spare parts:
If the spare parts had not been used and want to be returned, please return within 7 days, we need to check the part is alright and then our account department will return money in 30 days, we reserved the right to accept the return product or not.
